Fantastic beer selection. Clean well organized with plenty of cooler space for a wide selection of beers that are cold. Large tap selection for draft beer in growlers or crowlers. Supper friend staff. Only complaint poor selection of slim jims.
Beer World has a very large selection. I usually stop there to pick up a couple of cans after a hike in the Catskills. On my most recent visit, the customer in front of me had a quarter-sized Beer World branded can of beer. I asked where he got it. He said "they made it". I bought a can of the same thing he had -- a high alcohol content IPA name "Tripple". It was great, but at $12 a quart, I don't know if I'll get it again. I originally went there for a $2.19 can of Foster's.
I don't know what's with this place. Other beer stores carry like 1 or two of my favorite craft beers. I have to think to myself "okay, I want Boom Sauce tonight, so I need to stop at Place A, because Place B and C don't carry it". Beer World manages to carry all of my favorite beers in one place. Even the rare ones that are impossible to find (Chatham Brewing Pineapple Bombogenesis, I'm looking at you). Anyway, love this place. If you're a craft beer lover, or even just a regular beer lover, this is the one stop shop.
You can't beat! It's the candy store for a purist beer lover hands down. Everything is close to you, you can't miss a thing. And from micro to a round the world
They really must have every beer available in NY. Always different beers on tap if you have a growler also. I especially like the wide selection of variety packs
Great Selection of Beers. They really do have it all. I like going in and finding something I've never had before. Fantastic selection of international beers in addition to the boatload of craft brews.
Great all around beverage center. definitely a place to shop for your hard to find beers and if they don’t have it nick that works there will get it for you.
This store is great huge selection of domestic and local craft beer. They also always have on average 30 or more 1/6 kegs of great craft beer for my kegerator and so much more. If you stop in definitely ask to speak with the owner Nick great guy !!!!!!!
Always an awesome selection. The workers know a good amount about beer but not quite as much as I would hope for a store of this caliber. Great stop for anything you are in the mood for!
Beer World had a very large selection of beer, and really good hours. We purchased in bulk for an event and they had carts and boxes that made transportation a little bit easier for us. The prices were exactly what we expected and the service was quick and professional. Overall good experience, plus beer.
